In an effort to support all clients, I reserve a number of sliding scale spots.
If you feel like you would benefit from working with me, but are currently unable to pay the standard rate, please inquire about this sliding scale range of $80-$120 per session.
Courtesy Billing is a service provided by healthcare providers like me, to handle the billing process on behalf of my clients. Instead of billing insurance directly, I offer this convenient alternative, which informs the payer to reimburse you directly, based on your out of network benefits.
How Courtesty Billing works:
- For each session you attend, payment will be made out of pocket on the day the session occurs. This process is streamlined through your card on file.
- After the session, I will submit the claim directly to your insurance.
- You will receive your reimbursement from your insurance company based on your Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits.
- Please review your insurance benefits to learn more about your OON reimbursement rate.
- Please note that if you choose to utilize Courtesy Billing, I am required to include a diagnosis for insurance purposes.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance a good faith estimate for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Most clients choose to pay for services using credit and debit cards.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can also be used to pay for medical expenses, such as therapy, and can often significantly decrease the cost of treatment.
Once an appointment time is agreed upon, that time will be held exclusively for you. Please text/email 48-hours prior to the upcoming session to avoid a fee.
